Tuition Withdrawal & Refund Policy

 All withdrawals must be submitted in writing to the school office. The date of withdrawal is considered the date the written notice is received. 

• Prior to First Day of Classes: 100% refund of tuition.
• Days 1–14: 75% refund of tuition.
• Days 15–30: 50% refund of tuition.
• After 30 Days: No refund.

 Please be advised that per state regulations, no portion of the "Utah Fits All" scholarship grant will be refunded directly to parents. If a student withdraws, any eligible refund will be returned directly to the Odyssey platform to be applied to the student's scholarship balance. 

 The following fees are non-refundable regardless of the date of withdrawal:

• Registration/Enrollment Fee
• Technology/Material Fee
• Application Fee
